Inspired by the Bullitt Center Foundation building, Zentech Global Development aims to replicate the first greenest commercial building in the world. It's CEO and Chief Happiness Officer, Zenny Rosel had for so long wanted to build environmentally sound but beautiful buildings. After years of research, she finally found the best and most eco-friendly building with matching aesthetics to boot!
Having lived in San Francisco, she is also highly inspired by the tech industries where she aims to incorporate their innovations in her building designs. A big Apple fan, she believes in producing quality, adhering to perfection and simplicity of design as well as utilising intelligent products in her projects.
Zenny who had established a lucrative building restoration business in New York has repatriated in Manila to begin her venture in this solar backed, self-sufficient green building in the Philippines. With the climate change affecting cities accounting for 70 percent of greenhouse emissions from the built environment, urban landscape will need more sustainable and environmental friendly buildings with the least impact on the earth’s natural resources. A graduate of University of San Francisco in Applied Economics, and having obtained a certificate on Global Environmental Management from the Technical University of Denmark, Ms. Rosel is well aware of the limited resources facing today's unlimited demands.
